Eligibility for Returns:
- Our product is eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the product should not be disassembled.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately.
- Depending on the circumstances, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through replacement, repair, or refund.
Return instruction:
i) Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return label that you can print at your convenience.
ii) Return Instructions: Please pack the item securely, and include any accessories or parts. Drop it off at any carrier service / post once it’s ready.
iii) Refund Timeline: Once we receive and process the item, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund should be initiated within 3 business days. Please note you have to pay for the shipping charges for the return package hence we won't refund the shipping cost applied while placing the order. Once we receive the package and check for its original condition we would initiate the refund from our end in the next 3 business days from the date of the package received at the given address.
